Refunds and Returns Policy

Just a heads up, LOVESTAS doesn’t accept returns or refunds unless the product you got was the wrong size. If you’re not happy with the quality of the product, don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to make things right! 

Damages and issues
When you get your order, please take a look and let us know right away if anything’s wrong. If it’s damaged, missing, or the wrong item, just give us a shout and we’ll fix it up for you!

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
